Pricing, Credits, and Payments

• We offer one-time credit packs and recurring subscription plans as described on our Pricing page.
• Credit costs may vary by model, provider, or enabled features such as OCR or web search, and we may update credit pricing from time to time.
• If your account does not have enough credits, some requests may be blocked until you purchase more credits or receive additional credits.
• One-time credit packs expire according to the validity period stated at purchase.
• Subscription credits generally expire at the end of the applicable billing period unless we expressly state otherwise.
• Prices, products, and included credit amounts may change prospectively.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with your selected plan.

Subscriptions, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

• Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled.
• By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing settings we provide or through the relevant payment provider when available.
• Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, cancellations submitted through our service are generally processed immediately through the payment provider and future renewals stop after cancellation.
• One-time purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated by us.
• Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated by us.
• We do not guarantee credit carryover, refunds for unused credits, or prorated refunds unless we explicitly state otherwise.
